Hi Everyone.

A very quick New baby today.

DSC04178This is A5 in size. I’ve taken a piece of pink card and embossed it using a Sue Wilson A4 embossing folder and done a sentiment, name, date of birth and weight on the computer, using Harrington font.

DSC04179The image is a topper by Lili of the Valley, which I’ve die cut and layered onto a pink circle and a lattice frame by Marianne. I’ve added a few pearls to the corners.

Hi Everyone.

A Golden Wedding card today.

DSC04186This 8×8 in size. I’ve used a scalloped edge ivory card base. I’ve matted a piece of ivory card that I’ve embossed onto some gold mirri card.

DSC04188The hearts have been die cut using a memory box die to which I’ve added some tiny pearls.

DSC04189I’ve computer generated the sentiment, if anyone’s interested this font is called Harrington, which has then been die cut and layered using a spellbinders die. Then I added a beautiful organza bow and added a pearl button to the centre.

Well I’ve got to take my son shopping for school shoes, trainers and a bag today, then I’ve a new home card to make. You have a great day too.

Take Care

Happy Bank Holiday Monday.

I’ve got a wedding card today. This is for a couple who are getting married in Spain, on the beach and on a horse. At first I thought OMG how can I make a wedding card with a beach, palm trees a white horse, with a flowing mane and a bride and groom. But I did some internet searching, found a beach with palm trees, a bride on horseback and a groom and after a bit of playing around and changing everything black and white this is what I came up with…..

DSC04182…. the card base is 8×8 in size. I’ve matted an embossed (with the cascading hearts folder) white piece of card onto silver mirri. I’ve die cut some layers with my spellbinders to matt the bride and groom on, Which I’ve decoupaged.

DSC04183I’ve added a computerised sentiment and a beautiful silky crush bow with a heart shaped crystal to finish it off.

DSC04184Hope your having a great day.

Hi Everyone.

I’ve got a christening card for you today.

DSC04177This 8×8 in size. I’ve added a blue matt to the card base and computer generated the words.

DSC04175The little angel has been stamped with grey ink and coloured with spectrum noirs. I’ve added some stickles glitter glue to his halo and wings and then die cut him with a spellbinders die. I’ve also inked inside the die with blue ink before I removed it.

DSC04176The cross is also a spellbinders die which I’ve inked before it was removed from the die.

Have a great bank holiday weekend 😀

Hi Everyone.

A ruby Wedding card today.

DSC04190This card is 8 x 8 in size. I’ve used a border die by Britannia ( that I bought recently at the Stoneleigh show) to cut the edge of the card and then used the die again to cut the edge of the ruby red card and layered it on top.

DSC04193I’ve used some spellbinders dies to cute the layers for the computer generated sentiment.

DSC04191I’ve added some organza ribbon and a bow to the left side and added a pearl rose and some pearls to finish off.

Happy Sunday everyone.

I’ve got a get well card today.

This is one of the new elegant lacy die cut cards from creative crafting world. Love these cards as most of the work is done for you. I’ve just added a 3d topper and borders from hunkydory, some ribbon and a die cut sentiment. So simple but really effective.

Hi Everyone

I have a 30th birthday card today.

DSC04149

This 8×8 in size. I ‘ve cut a piece of purple card and embossed it using one of Sue Wilson’s A4 embossing folders. I’ve then die cut some layers using my nesties. Added a “30” and a die cut “daughter”. I’ve then pleated some ribbon and added it to the edge and a few rhinestones just finished it off.

I just love the detail you get with spellbinder dies !!! Just waiting for the new ones to come over from America.

Hi Everyone

I’ve got a shop front card from the fabulous fashion cd today.

DSC04108

All the elements were printed from the cd and I’ve added a greeting and some stickles. The window cutting out looks a bit ropey in this piccie, so room for improvement or maybe some peel off around them would help.

Short and sweet today got a couple of anniversary cards and a wedding card to make.

Hugs for now
