Hi Everyone.

I’ve had a few birthdays over the past couple of months so I thought I’d share the cards I made. This was for my friend Mandy B.

DSC04463This is 8×8 in size. I’ve used Sue Wilson’s fire and ice technique on the background, whereby, you stamp your image with flake and glitter glue and cover it with gilding flakes. Then you cover your piece with double-sided sticky adhesive and cover that with cosmic shimmer iced snow. I’ve also used cosmic shimmer pva glue to create the raised dots around the edges. The Happy Birthday has been stamped and then die cut using the cut, mat, create dies by heartfelt Creations. I’ve also added a lacy die cut to the background. This was cut with the raindrops and roses die also by Heartfelt Creations.

DSC04464I’ve stamped the sentiment and then die cut it using a spellbinders die which has then been mat and layered.

DSC04465I’ve created the flower using a stamp and die by Heartfelt Creations called Arianna blooms and added a pearl to the middle. I’ve also added some swirls that were die cut with a Heartfelt Creations die.

DSC04466The bow was cut with one of Sue Wilson’s mini bow dies, which has been layered up and a jelly tot gem (well that’s what I call them) added to the centre, these are by The Hobby House.

Thanks for stopping by and your continued support 😀

Hi everyone.

Here’s a clean and simple wedding card, I made for a friend.

DSC04489I used Tonic dies on this 8×8 card, which have been layered up in white and mint. I’ve added a computerised sentiment, crushed satin ribbon bow and a crystal heart.

Hi Everyone.

It’s been a busy few weeks, so sorry for the lack of blogging.

There’s been quite a few birthdays, including our darling daughter’s. So here’s the cards I made her.

Firstly this one was created on my silhouette portrait.

I typed the word Daughter, created an offset and welded it together. then I duplicated this, flipped it then welded the 2 sections together to form the black base card.

Then I used the original letters and cut them out of gold card. Then I created an inset of the letters and cut them in red.

I added some punched flowers and some gems to finish it off.

Secondly here’s the one I made for our son’s to give her, she loves to bake so thought this was quite fitting.

This is 8×8 in size. I’ve used a tonic die to cut the diamond base from black card and white glittered card.

The cake was cut using a cottage cutz die from black, white and silver card and pieced together.

The mixer and the utensils have been cut with Joy craft dies, which I have cut into and pieced together.

I’ve added a stamped lili of the valley circular sentiment, a bow and some gems.

Be back soon with some cards I’ve made for friends birthdays.
