Hi Everyone.

Here’s a card that I made for my mum. I found this idea on John Lockwood’s blog and thought it was a statement card.

This was made using 2 pieces of A4 card stock for the base. There’s a tutorial for this style of card on John’s blog here, a big thank you for sharing.

I’ve used the background die from Sue Wilson’s Scandinavian collection to create the swirly base and some spellbinders die to create the top edge. The flowers are stamped and cut using the Heartfelt Creations Arianna blooms collection. They have been coloured with chameleon pens and I’ve added some glitter to the edges and the centre. The Fronds are cut with a Sue Wilson die called delicate fronds, I’ve also added some glitter to those too.

The MUM has been cut with a sizzix sizzlet set called girl’s are weird, this has the letter and the shadow.I’ve Added some bling to the top and an organza bow.

Hi Everyone.

Happy Easter to you all !!!!

Maybe an Easter card would have been appropriate, but I’ve not made any this year. Although, it was cousin’s birthday yesterday, so here’s the card I made her.

It’s a stepper card. I got the card blank from the every crafts a pound stand at the NEC, 3 blanks with envelopes for a ¬£1 (bargain) and it saved all the measuring and cutting. I’ve covered it with papers printed from the Fabulous fashion cd by Katy Sue. The toppers were also printed from the cd.

I’ve added some stickles and faux stitching to the images.

The sentiment has been stamped using a corresponding stamp set.

Thanks for stopping by and have a lovely Easter break.
