Happy Monday everyone.

Here’s a couple of Christmas cards today.

I bought these stamps from Cardio on my recent visit to the hobbycrafts show and I’ve cased these cards from them, thank you for the inspiration.

DSC04914I’ve stamped starting with the sentiment and then the foliage in brown and green ink onto white card. Then I’ve inked around the edges in green and added some black pen lines around the border. Then I’ve covered the whole piece with double-sided adhesive sheet and sprinkled diamond sprinkles over the surface to give it that sparkle. Then I’ve matt and layered the piece onto brown and kraft cardstock and added some red pva sparkle berries.

For this one I’ve masked off a section along the middle of the white card square. I’ve stamped the foliage and pine cones along the edges of the mask. Then I’ve applied green ink along the edges of the mask. The mask has then been removed and then I’ve stamped the sentiment, the fir cone and holly. This has then been matt and layered to finish the card.

Thanks for stopping by.

Hi everyone.

Here’s a lipstick card made completely on my silhouette portrait. It was for a beautician.

I took a lipstick file that I bought from the silhouette store and enlarged it to fill the A4 mat, I duplicated it and welded the two pieces together to make the base card. Then I cut all the layers for the lipstick but before I cut the silver band, I added Lucy’s name.

I cut a key (another silhouette store file) an oval with an off set and a 21 to layer on the top. Also I added some bling to give it some sparkle.

Hi everyone.

I’ve got another book folding project for you today. It’s a fairy house.

I found some instructions for the folding of the book on you tube, it’s really easy to do and could be the base for many different things, bird house, carousel, animals ect. Just google book folding images.

I’ve designed a door on my silhouette and stamped the wood grain pattern onto the surface. Then I’ve die cut a fence using a spellbinders die and added a wooden butterfly.

The kusudama flowers have all been folded, again instructions found on you tube, out of patterned paper. Then I’ve added some foliage, glitter that has been die cut and a wooden fairy.

I think this book folding is a bit addictive but they make great presents, although I don’t think my fairy house will be going anywhere. Thanks for popping by.:D

Hi everyone.

Here’s a Christmas book folding project.

I’ve used the alphabet cd by Peerless designs for the pattern to fold the book., then I’ve covered it with patterned papers.

I’ve also decorated it with some die cut poinsettia, holly sprigs and some corners.

I’d like to enter this into the following challenge.
