Not much blogging going on this year, so here’s some things I’ve made.
This is 8×8 in size. I’ve used an embossing folder to create the feature panel and added some gilding wax to highlight areas. The die cut on the side has also been waxed.
This is A5 in size. The characters have also been decoupaged but it doesn’t show too well in this picture.
This is A6 in size. The elements have been die cut from black card and pebeo waxes have been added to give them a metallic finish.
This is 8×8 in size. Most of this has been cut on my silhouette portrait. The name was done with an embossing folder then die cut.
This is 8×8 in size. I’ve cased this card from pintrest. I’ve used a Lili of the Valley image and embossed the background.
This is 8×8 in size. I’ve used my latest heartfelt creations sunrise lily collection for this one and one of their edge dies. I just love their products.
I’d like to thank all of you for stopping by even though there’s been nothing new for a while, it’s very much appreciated 😀
That’s all for now.

Here’s a card that I made for my mum. I found this idea on John Lockwood’s blog and thought it was a statement card.
This was made using 2 pieces of A4 card stock for the base. There’s a tutorial for this style of card on John’s blog here, a big thank you for sharing.
I’ve used the background die from Sue Wilson’s Scandinavian collection to create the swirly base and some spellbinders die to create the top edge. The flowers are stamped and cut using the Heartfelt Creations Arianna blooms collection. They have been coloured with chameleon pens and I’ve added some glitter to the edges and the centre. The Fronds are cut with a Sue Wilson die called delicate fronds, I’ve also added some glitter to those too.
The MUM has been cut with a sizzix sizzlet set called girl’s are weird, this has the letter and the shadow.I’ve Added some bling to the top and an organza bow.

I’ve had a few friends with birthday’s this month, so here’s the card I made for Kay.
It’s 8×8 in size. The Papers are by Heartfelt Creations. The sentiment is from Stampin up, it has been stamped, inked and punched out using the corresponding punch. Lace, pearls and sparkilicious powder have also been used.
The monogram has been cut on the silhouette using a file I bought from their online store. This gives that personnal touch, don’t you think ?
The sunflower has been stamped and then coloured using alcohol markers. Then I cut it out using the scanncut.
Be back soon with another of those birthday cards.
Thanks for stopping by.

I’ve had a few birthdays over the past couple of months so I thought I’d share the cards I made. This was for my friend Mandy B.
This is 8×8 in size. I’ve used Sue Wilson’s fire and ice technique on the background, whereby, you stamp your image with flake and glitter glue and cover it with gilding flakes. Then you cover your piece with double-sided sticky adhesive and cover that with cosmic shimmer iced snow. I’ve also used cosmic shimmer pva glue to create the raised dots around the edges. The Happy Birthday has been stamped and then die cut using the cut, mat, create dies by heartfelt Creations. I’ve also added a lacy die cut to the background. This was cut with the raindrops and roses die also by Heartfelt Creations.
I’ve stamped the sentiment and then die cut it using a spellbinders die which has then been mat and layered.
I’ve created the flower using a stamp and die by Heartfelt Creations called Arianna blooms and added a pearl to the middle. I’ve also added some swirls that were die cut with a Heartfelt Creations die.
The bow was cut with one of Sue Wilson’s mini bow dies, which has been layered up and a jelly tot gem (well that’s what I call them) added to the centre, these are by The Hobby House.
Thanks for stopping by and your continued support 😀

A Wedding card for you today.
Another 8×8 card. I’ve embossed some ivory card stock and matted this onto some purple card stock and rounded off the corners. I’ve used a spellbinders die to cut a purple base for the heartfelt creations flourish floral die, which has been cut out of ivory card. I’ve stamped the always and forever sentiment, which is from Justrite, using purple ink onto a lilac card stock and placed it behind the circular aperture. I’ve stamped, heat embossed and die cut some flowers to go on the top of the floral die. The names have been printed from the computer and die cut using another spellbinders die. I’ve added a wide purple organza ribbon and bow and finished it off with some pearls.
